This concept holds significant potential for strengthening employees organizational commitment, particularly in today’s workplace, where diversity and individualization trends are rising. Therefore, addressing the issue of Perceived Insider Status through bibliometric analysis can provide valuable insights to researchers and managers. The purpose of this study is to examine academic research on Perceived Insider Status, identify the development trajectory of the existing literature in the field, and uncover knowledge gaps. In doing so, the study aims to offer an academic perspective on how Perceived Insider Status is addressed in different disciplines such as organizational behavior and human resources. The research employs bibliometric analysis using data obtained from the Web of Science database. Bibliometric analysis provides researchers with a comprehensive overview of potential future research directions on the subject. In the study, the distribution of academic publications was analyzed using the Wos scientific mapping program. As a result of the study, the most cited authors, countries, academic institutions and journals published in this field were determined. The bibliometric research reveals that the subject is predominantly addressed in relation to organizational aspects like organizational support, organizational commitment, and behavioral dimensions of employee perceptions. Leadership theories generally emerge as a prominent research area within the studies. Conceptually, the research diversifies under themes such as employee behaviors and attitudes, psychological and social factors, innovation and creativity, as well as work environment and climate.}, number={1}, publisher={Selçuk Üniversitesi}
