Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted through face-to-face interviews with 125 patients treated in a COVID-19 clinic. Data were collected using a descriptive information form and the Convalescent Plasma Donation Attitude Form (CPDAF). Results: The mean CPDAF score of the patients was 2.97±0.47 (Min=2.06; Max=4.71). Age, education level, employment status, cohabitation status, previous blood donation experience, the presence of individuals in the environment who have donated blood, the presence of another illness, and knowledge about COVID-19 convalescent plasma donation explained 41.9% of the total variance in the convalescent plasma attitude (R2=0,419). Conclusion: COVID-19 patients had an ambivalent attitude towards convalescent plasma donation. Information and education level significantly affect COVID-19 patients’ attitudes towards immune plasma donation. Plasma donation promotion policies should focus particularly on increasing education and information levels.}, number={2}, publisher={Hayat Sağlık ve Sosyal Hizmetler Vakfı}
