IB Programs encourage students to achieve superior success in their academic studies and personal development . IB aims to raise leaders who approach difficult situations with optimism and understanding , who value local identities , who can look at the moral processes of the situation in decisions taken , who value the people we Share our lives with , who put what they have learned into in practice world they live in from the moment they are unsolvable , and who have character . In This article , we will Briefly touch on IB programs in general and focus on the importance of the education-training approaches of IBDP and IBCP programs . N2  - Öz          IB programları, farklı yaş gruplarındaki öğrencilere yönelik nitelikli eğitim programları uygulayan uluslararası bir eğitim ve öğretim programdır. IB Programları, öğrencileri akademik çalışmalarında ve kişisel gelişimlerinde üstün başarıya ulaşmaya teşvik eder. Aynı zamanda ilgi ve merakla biçimlenen yaşam boyu öğrenme arayışının iç motivasyonunu vermeyi hedeflemektedir. IB, okulların zorlandıkları durumlara iyimserlikle ve anlayışla yaklaşmalarını sağlayan, yerel kimliklerini önemseyen, alınan kararlarda durumun ahlaki süreçlerine bakabilen, hayatı paylaştığımız insanlara değer veren, öğrendiklerini yaşadıkları dünyada, çözümsüz oldukları andan itibaren uygulamaya koyan ve karakter sahibi liderler yetiştirmeyi hedeflemektedir. Bu makalede, genel anlamda IB programlarına kısaca değinip daha fazla üzerinde duracağımız konu: IBDP ve IBCP programlarının eğitim-öğretim yaklaşımlarının önemi olacaktır. Aynı zamanda, IBDP ve IBCP programının okul ortamındaki yeri ve eğitim-öğretim açısından önemine değinilerek, öğrenci ve veliye olan katılarından bahsedilecektir.
