Employing a qualitative research design, it gathers insights through semi-structured interviews with advanced AI chatbots (ChatGPT, Bing, and Gemini) to investigate how these systems conceptualize future labor transformations. The data, analyzed using content analysis with MAXQDA 12, reveal a shared narrative around the automation of routine tasks, the rise of AI-driven roles, and the increasing value of uniquely human cognitive and emotional skills. While AI responses do not reflect consciousness or intention, they are interpreted as discursive outputs shaped by their training data, providing meaningful perspectives on dominant societal and technological narratives. The findings point to significant shifts in business processes and professional landscapes, highlighting both disappearing and emerging roles shaped by digital competencies. Besides, the study concludes with practical recommendations for individuals, organizations, and policymakers, offering strategies for navigating the evolving nature of work.
