AB  - Bu makale, Karaelmas İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Dergisi'nde yayınlanan çalışmaların bibliyometrik analizini sunmaktadır. Bibliyometrik analiz, bilimsel literatürü niteliksel ve niceliksel olarak değerlendirmek için kullanılan güçlü bir yöntemdir. Çalışmada, dergide yayınlanan makalelerin yıllara göre dağılımı, yazarların profilleri, atıf analizleri ve kullanılan anahtar kelimeler incelenmiştir. Analiz yapılırken derginin yayın hayatına başladığı günden Aralık 2024 dönemi hariç yayınlanan tüm çalışmalar bibliyometrik yöntem ile VOSviewer  ve R yazılımları kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Analizler sonucunda 18 sayısı basılan dergide 98 makalenin yer aldığı ve 200 araştırmacının yazar olarak yer aldığı gözlemlenmiştir. Yazarların çalıştıkları kurumlar göz önüne alındığında Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit Üniversitesi ve Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesinin ön sıralarda olduğu görülmüştür. Anahtar kelimelere bakıldığında ise iş sağlığı, iş kazası, iş güvenliği, risk analizi ve risk değerlendirmesi gibi kelimelerin yoğun olarak kullanıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Makale, Karaelmas İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Dergisi'nin bilimsel katkılarını ve araştırma eğilimlerini ortaya koymaktadır. Bu nedenle, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği alanında çalışacak yeni araştırmacılar için yol gösterici nitelikte olması beklenmektedir.

N2  - This article presents a bibliometric analysis of the studies published in the Karaelmas Journal of Occupational Health and Safety. Bibliometric analysis is a powerful method to qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate scientific literature. The study examines the distribution of articles by year, the profiles of the authors, citation analyses, and the keywords used in the publications. The analysis was conducted using bibliometric methods with VOSviewer and R software, covering all studies published from the journal's inception until December 2024, excluding that period. The results indicate that the journal has published 18 issues, containing 98 articles from 200 researchers. Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University and Dokuz Eylül University are prominent when considering the institutions where the authors work.The keywords frequently used include occupational health, work accident, occupational safety, risk analysis, and risk assessment. The article highlights the scientific contributions and research trends of the Karaelmas Journal of Occupational Health and Safety. Therefore, it is expected to serve as a guide for new researchers in the field of occupational health and safety, providing insights into leading authors, journals, countries, topics, and citation trends, thereby aiding in the development of research strategies, efficient use of resources, and acceleration of scientific progress.
