In this framework, the study addresses Michel Foucault’s concepts of governmentality and productivity, aiming to integrate the notion of governmentality with the values of post-capitalism to discuss the spatial transformation of office environments. The originality of this study lies in its ability to bridge the relationship between post-capitalism, governmentality, and space within a theoretical framework, offering a detailed analysis through the lens of a contemporary office design. The findings indicate that post-capitalist work practices emphasize shared and social areas in office spaces while simultaneously integrating employees’ leisure time into the office environment, blurring the boundaries between work and social life.
