AB  - The article aims to examine how the actors (concepts) within workspaces have changed in the context of post-capitalism and how these transformations are reflected in office spaces. In this framework, the study addresses Michel Foucault’s concepts of governmentality and productivity, aiming to integrate the notion of governmentality with the values of post-capitalism to discuss the spatial transformation of office environments. The originality of this study lies in its ability to bridge the relationship between post-capitalism, governmentality, and space within a theoretical framework, offering a detailed analysis through the lens of a contemporary office design. The findings indicate that post-capitalist work practices emphasize shared and social areas in office spaces while simultaneously integrating employees’ leisure time into the office environment, blurring the boundaries between work and social life. Based on this observation, it can be concluded that space is being redefined as a management tool oriented toward productivity and

N2  - Bu makalenin amacı, post kapitalizmle beraber çalışma mekânlarındaki aktörlerin (kavramların) nasıl değiştiğini ve gerçekle-şen bu değişimlerin ofis mekânlarına nasıl yansıdığını incelemektir. Bu bağlamda çalışma, Foucault’nun yönetimsellik ve ve-rimlilik kavramlarını ele alarak, yönetimsellik kavramını post-kapitalizmin değerleriyle birleştirip ofis mekânlarının dönüşümü-nü tartışmayı hedeflemektedir. Bu çalışmanın özgünlüğü, post-kapitalizm, yönetimsellik ve mekân ilişkisini teorik bir çerçeve-de birleştirerek güncel bir ofis tasarımı üzerinden detaylı bir inceleme sunmasında yatmaktadır. Araştırma, güncel çalışma ortamlarının ve aynı zamanda post-kapitalist üretim biçimlerinin ve iş birliği odaklı çalışma kültürünün mekânsal bir yansıması olarak dikkat çeken Googleplex ofis örneği üzerinden gerçekleştirilmiştir. Değerlendirme sonucunda, post-kapitalist çalışma biçimlerinin ofis mekânlarında paylaşımlı ve sosyal alanları ön plana çıkardığı, ancak aynı zamanda çalışanların boş zamanlarını da ofis ortamına entegre ederek iş ve sosyal yaşam arasındaki sınırları bulanıklaştırdığı tespit edilmiştir. Bu tespite bağlı olarak, mekânın üretkenlik ve iş birliği odaklı bir yönetim aracı olarak yeniden tanımlandığı sonucuna ulaşılabilir.
