AB  - Prof. Dr. Ergün HAMZADAYI’nın editörlüğünü yaptığı kitap, okuma becerisi ve eğitimiyle ilgili temel kavramlar, modeller, boyutlar, yöntem, teknik ve stratejiler, okuma becerisinin ölçme ve değerlendirilmesine genel bakış olanağı sunmaktadır. Kitabın temel amacı, okumanın çok boyutlu yapısına ilişkin bilinç oluşturmak ve okuma becerisinin kazandırılması sürecinde yapılabileceklere yönelik farkındalık yaratmaktır. İçerik akışı okurun okuma eğitimine ilişkin temel kavramlara, okumanın boyutlarına ve modellerine, okuma eğitimi süresince işe koşulan bilişsel ve üstbilişsel stratejilere, okuma becerisinin ölçme ve değerlendirilmesine ilişkin sorulara ayrıntılı yanıt bulabileceği biçimde tasarlanmıştır. Kitap dokuz bölümden oluşmakta ve her bölüm sonunda kaynakça kısmı yer almaktadır.

N2  - The book, edited by Prof. Dr. Ergün HAMZADAYI, provides an overview of the basic concepts, models, dimensions, methods, techniques and strategies related to reading skills and education, and measurement and evaluation of reading skills. The main purpose of the book is to create awareness about the multidimensional structure of reading and to raise awareness about what can be done in the process of gaining reading skills. The content flow is designed in such a way that the reader can find detailed answers to questions about the basic concepts of reading education, dimensions and models of reading, cognitive and metacognitive strategies employed during reading education, measurement and evaluation of reading skills. The book consists of nine chapters with a bibliography at the end of each chapter.
