Wood, which is widely used due to its material properties suitable for manufacturing a wide range of products due to its easy-to-process fibrous and porous texture that constitutes its essence, is a valuable entity with its inclusive and affirmative nature that enables the empathic tendency that supports intercultural interaction. In terms of wood's usability as a material and an entity for the purpose of meeting the various needs and satisfying the requirements that arise in the ordinary flow of life, the woodlover approach, which plays a leading role in reflecting the versatility and functionality of wood to life with the accompaniment of wood science and technology, forms the basis of the woodloverness phenomenon and symbolizes the universality of woodloverness. In this context, it has become an inevitable necessity to conceptualize the phenomenon of woodloverness, which manifests itself in the axis of the woodlover approach that centers on wood, which is used in the same or similar way in all cultures all over the world, by examining it in depth from a holistic perspective. Accordingly, in this study, the theoretical structure of the concept of woodloverness, based on the previous studies of Usta (2019), has been tried to be presented in detail by revealing all its components in the holistic manner of thematic issues that are essential to be discussed in order to make theorization possible.
