Data were collected by the researcher through face-to-face interviews using the "Personal Information Form," "Psychological Resilience Scale," and "Secondary Traumatic Stress Scale Turkish Form" in the literature database.Results: They scored 55.1±9.9 (min=9, max=83) on the resilience scale, 17.8±3.9 (min=2, max=28) on the commitment sub-dimension, 17.4±3.4 (min=5, max=27) on the control sub-dimension, 20.4±4.5 (min=1, max=29) on the challenge sub-dimension, and 54±12.3 (min=17, max=85) on the secondary traumatic stress scale.
