AB  - Bu çalışma, lise öğrencilerinin iklim değişikliği farkındalık düzeyleri ile iklim değişikliği anksiyete durumları arasındaki ilişkiyi ve her iki duruma ayrı ayrı etki edebilecek değişkenleri belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmanın verileri, 31.10.2024 ve 28.11.2024 tarihleri arasında çalışmaya katılmaya gönüllü olan 419 lise öğrencisinden toplanmıştır.  Bu çalışmada lise öğrencilerinin iklim değişikliği farkındalık durumlarının yüksek, iklim değişikliği anksiyetelerinin düşük seviyede olduğu belirlenmiştir. Lise öğrencilerinin iklim değişikliği farkındalığı ve iklim değişikliği anksiyeteleri arasındaki ilişkiyi tespit etmek için yapılan korelasyon analizi sonucunda anlamlı bir ilişki saptanmamıştır. Kadın olmak, iklim değişikliği konusunda bilgi sahibi olmak, evde çöp ayrıştırmak, gereksiz akan suyu kapatmak ve eğitim almaya istekli olmak iklim değişikliği farkındalığı ile ilişkili bulunmuştur. Evde çöp ayrıştıran ve eğitim almak isteyen bireylerin iklim değişikliği anksiyetesi anlamlı olarak daha yüksektir. Sonuç olarak iklim değişikliği farkındalığı ve anksiyetesini etkileyen farklı sosyodemografik faktörler vardır ancak aralarında ilişki bulunamamıştır. Gelecekte bu iki kavram arasındaki ilişkiyi farkı yöntem ve ara değişkenlerle ortaya koyabilecek araştırmaların yapılması önerilmektedir.

N2  - This study aims to determine the correlation between the level of climate change awareness and climate change anxiety in high school students, as well as variables that may individually affect both conditions. The data of the study were collected from 419 high school students who volunteered to take part between 10.31.2024 and 11.28.2024. In the present study, it was found that the high school students had a higher level of climate change awareness and a lower level of climate change anxiety. As a result of the correlation analysis which was performed to determine the correlation between climate change awareness and climate change anxiety of the high school students, no significant correlation was found. Being a woman, having knowledge on climate change, decomposing wastes at home, turning off the faucet when unnecessary and volunteering to receive education were found to be correlated with climate change awareness. The individuals decomposing wastes at home and volunteering to receive education had a significantly higher level of climate change anxiety. As a consequence, it was determined that there were different sociodemographic factors affecting climate change awareness and anxiety. However, no correlation was found between them.
