The findings indicate that academic publications on workplace incivility have increased over the years, with 2024 being the most productive year, featuring 120 published articles. The most frequently used keyword was identified as "incivility," appearing 230 times. The most cited study in the field was conducted by Andersson & Pearson (1999), receiving 1,928 citations. The journal with the highest number of publications and citations was Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, with 51 articles and 4,216 citations. Among universities, the University of Michigan was identified as the most prolific institution, with 23 articles and 2,718 citations, while the United States was the leading country with 451 articles and 21,218 citations. The findings highlight the growing academic interest in workplace incivility and demonstrate that bibliometric analysis serves as a valuable tool in identifying key studies, institutions, and countries shaping the field.
