AB  - Aile, bireyin toplumsal yaşama katılımını sağlayan, kültürel değerlerin aktarılmasına aracılık eden ve toplumsal düzenin temelini oluşturan bir kurum olarak, toplumun yapı taşlarından biri konumundadır. Sanayi Devrimi ile geleneksel aile yapısında önemli değişimler meydana gelmiş ve bu dönüşüm, modern aile yapısını kaçınılmaz hale getirmiştir. Günümüzde ise Türk toplumu başta olmak üzere bazı toplumlar modern aile yapısını sürdürmeye çalışırken, Batı toplumlarında postmodern aile anlayışına yönelik sosyal bir evrim süreci gözlemlenmektedir. Ekonomik zorunluluklar nedeniyle annelerin iş gücüne katılımı ya da mesleklerini sürdürme isteği, çocuk yetiştirme süreçlerinde ve aile içi iletişimde çeşitli sorunları beraberinde getirmektedir. Modernizm sürecinde giderek küçülen aile yapısı, postmodern dönemde varlık-yokluk noktasına kadar gerilemiştir. Boşanma oranlarının artması ve doğum oranlarının düşmesi gibi demografik değişimler karşısında devletler çeşitli destek mekanizmaları geliştirmekte ve çözüm önerileri sunmaktadır. Günümüzde aile yapısında yaşanan sorunların tespiti ve çözümü, acil bir gereklilik hâline gelmiştir. Bu bağlamda, 2025 yılının "Aile Yılı" olarak ilan edilmesi, konunun devlet politikaları çerçevesinde ele alındığını göstermektedir. Tarihsel süreçte annelere kıyasla babalık rolünün daha büyük bir dönüşüm geçirdiği dikkati çekmektedir. Özellikle babaların eğitimi ile postmodern babalık rolünün kazandırılması, mevcut olumsuzluklara yönelik etkili bir çözüm sunabilir. Bu çalışmada, aile yapısında aktif babalığın önemi ve postmodern babalık anlayışının sağlayabileceği olumlu sonuçlar ele alınmıştır. Araştırma, nitel bir yöntem çerçevesinde yürütülmüş olup, belge incelemesi ve betimsel analiz teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın temel amacı, doğum oranlarının düşmesi ve boşanmaların artması gibi günümüz aile yapısında karşılaşılan sorunlara yönelik çözüm önerileri geliştirmektir.

N2  - The family is one of the fundamental building blocks of society. Significant changes have occurred in the traditional family structure with the Industrial Revolution. While some societies, particularly Turkish society, strive to maintain the modern family structure, a process of social evolution toward a postmodern family concept is observed in Western societies. Economic necessities, such as mothers' participation in the workforce or their desire to continue their careers, bring various challenges in child-rearing processes and family communication. The family structure, which has been gradually shrinking in the modern era, has regressed to the point of near extinction in the postmodern period. In response to demographic changes such as rising divorce rates and declining birth rates, governments have developed various support mechanisms and proposed solutions. In this context, the designation of 2025 as the "Year of the Family" indicates that the issue is being addressed within the framework of state policies. Historically, it is noteworthy that the role of fatherhood has undergone a more significant transformation compared to motherhood. In particular, educating fathers and instilling the concept of postmodern fatherhood could offer an effective solution to current challenges. This study examines the importance of active fatherhood in the family structure and the potential positive outcomes of the postmodern fatherhood approach. The research was conducted using a qualitative method, incorporating document analysis and descriptive analysis techniques. The primary objective of the study is to develop solutions to contemporary family issues, such as declining birth rates and increasing divorce rates.
