AB  - Çevresel sorunların birçok nedeni olmakla birlikte en önemli nedeni olarak örgütler ve faaliyetleri ön plana çıkmaktadır. Sürdürülebilir kalkınma için örgütlere ve çalışanlarına daha fazla görev düşmektedir. Resmi rol tanımlarında olmayan tamamen gönüllülük esasına dayalı ekstra rol davranışı olan çevresel örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı gösteren çalışanların çevresel kalkınmaya ve daha sürdürülebilir bir çevreye destek olacağı düşünülmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, havacılık çalışanlarının çevresel örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışlarının çevresel sürdürülebilirlikleri üzerindeki etkisinin incelenmesidir. Bu kapsamda detaylı ilgili yazın taraması yapılmış ve kavramsal çerçeve ortaya konulmuştur. Araştırma evrenini temsil edebilecek 402 çalışandan araştırma verileri çevrimiçi anket yöntemi ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan “Çevresel Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı Ölçeği” ve “Çevresel Sürdürülebilirlik Alt Ölçeği”nin yapı geçerliği faktör analizi, güvenirliği iç tutarlılık analizi ile ölçülmüştür. Araştırma hipotezlerini sınamak için korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri yapılmıştır. Bulgulara göre; çevresel örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı ve alt boyutlarının (kendine yönelik çevresel örgütsel vatandaşlık davranış, iş arkadaşına yönelik çevresel örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı ve örgüte yönelik çevresel örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı) çevresel sürdürülebilirlik üzerinde pozitif ve anlamlı bir etkisinin olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Araştırmanın bulguları itibariyle gelecek çalışmalara, araştırmacılara, sektör temsilcilerine ve ilgili diğer tüm paydaşlara katkı sağlayacağı değerlendirilmektedir.

N2  - Although there are many reasons for environmental problems, the most important reason is organizations and their activities. More responsibilities fall on organizations and their employees for sustainable development. It is thought that employees who display environmental organizational citizenship behavior, which is an extra-role behavior based on a completely voluntary basis and not included in official role definitions, will support environmental development and a more sustainable environment. The aim of this study is to examine the effects of environmental organizational citizenship behaviors of aviation employees on their environmental sustainability. In this context, a detailed literature review was conducted, and a conceptual framework was presented. Data of the research was collected from 402 employees who represent the research universe via online questionnaire method. The construct validity of the “Environmental Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale” and “Environmental Sustainability Subscale” used in the research was measured by factor analysis and their reliability by internal consistency analysis. Correlation and regression analyses were performed to test the hypotheses of the research. According to the findings; it has been revealed that environmental organizational citizenship behavior and its sub-dimensions (environmental organizational citizenship behavior self-enacted, environmental organizational citizenship behavior towards co-worker, and environmental organizational citizenship behavior towards the organization) have a positive and significant effect on environmental sustainability. It is evaluated that the research findings will contribute to future studies, researchers, sector representatives, and all other relevant stakeholders.
