(2023) tarafından geliştirilen İş Yeri Farkındalık Ölçeğinin Türkçe uyarlamasını yaparak, geçerliğini ve güvenirliğini test etmektir. Araştırma, Ankara ilinde özel sektörde çalışan 346 kişinin katılımıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ölçeğin geçerliğini sınamak için önce açımlayıcı faktör analizi (AFA), ardından doğrulayıcı faktör analizi (DFA) yapılmıştır. Güvenirliğini sınamak için iç tutarlılık katsayıları hesaplanmış ve ek olarak birleşim ve ayrışım geçerliği test edilmiştir. AFA sonucunda, 16 maddenin üç faktör altında toplandığı ve toplam varyansın yaklaşık %66’sını açıkladığı belirlenmiştir. Üç faktörlü modele ilişkin DFA bulguları da uyum indeksi değerlerinin kabul edilebilir düzeyde olduğunu göstermektedir (χ2/df=2,73; CFI=0,94; NFI=0,91; TLI=0,93; GFI=0,91; AGFI=0,88; RMSEA=0,07). Ölçek boyutlarına ilişkin iç tutarlılık katsayılarının 0,86 ile 0,89 arasında değişmesi, ölçeğin güvenilir bir ölçüm aracı olduğunu desteklemektedir. Ayrıca, birleşim ve ayrışım geçerliği analizlerinin de gerekli kriterleri karşıladığı belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular İş Yeri Farkındalık Ölçeğinin Türk kültüründe geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçüm aracı olarak kullanılabileceğini ortaya koymaktadır. KW - İş yeri farkındalık ölçeği KW - ölçek uyarlama KW - güvenirlik KW - geçerlik N2 - The aim of this study is to adapt the Workplace Mindfulness Scale, developed by Zheng et al. (2023), into Turkish and to test its validity and reliability. The research was conducted with the participation of 346 employees working in the private sector in the province of Ankara. To examine the validity of the scale, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was performed first, followed by confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). To assess reliability, internal consistency coefficients were calculated and convergent and discriminant validity are also tested. The results of the EFA indicated that the 16 items are grouped under three factors, explaining approximately 66% of the total variance. Findings from the CFA also demonstrated that the fit indices of the three-factor model are at an acceptable level (χ2/df=2.73, CFI=0.94, NFI=0.91, TLI=0.93, GFI=0.91, AGFI=0.88, RMSEA=0.07). The internal consistency coefficients for the scale dimensions ranging between 0.86 and 0.89 support the reliability of the scale as a measurement instrument. Additionally, analyses of convergent and discriminant validity confirmed that the required criteria are met.
