Araştırma amacı doğrultusundaelde edilen tez ve makalelerin yıllara göre sayıları, araştırma yöntemleri, değişkenleri,örneklemleri, anahtar kelimeleri ve içerikleri incelenmiştir. Araştırma bulguları arasındaörgütsel sessizlik çalışmalarının sayıları göz önüne alındığında Türkiye’de eğitim sektöründeoldukça önemi artan bir alan olduğunu göstermektedir. Araştırma yöntemi olarak büyük kısmı nicel araştırma yöntemi ile araştırmaların gerçekleştirdiği görülmektedir. Özelliklenicel yöntemlerin yoğun olarak kullanıldığı belirlenirken, nitel ve karma yöntemlerin dahasınırlı kaldığı tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, ilkokul ve ortaokul düzeyindeki öğretmenler üzerineodaklanılırken, lise ve anaokulu öğretmenlerinin daha az araştırmaya dahil edildiğigörülmüştür. Bu durum, eğitim kademelerine yönelik araştırmalarda örneklemin dengeli birdağılım olmadığını göstermektedir. Araştırmanın diğer önemli bulguları ise; örgütselsessizlik eğitim alanındaki çalışmalarda hangi değişkenler ile birlikte incelendiği, budeğişkenler ile nasıl bir korelasyon olduğu, nitel araştırmaların içeriklerinin nasıl olduğu vehangi anahtar kelimelerin öne çıktığı tespit edilmiştir KW - Örgütsel Sessizlik KW - Eğitim KW - Sistematik Literatür Taraması N2 - This study aims to analyze the articles and theses written on organizational silence in the fieldof education in the Yök Tez, Dergipark and Tr Index databases between the years 2015-2023in Turkey using the systematic literature review method. In line with the research purpose, thenumbers of theses and articles obtained by year, research methods, variables, samples,keywords and contents were examined. Considering the number of studies on organizationalsilence among the research findings, it shows that it is an area of increasing importance in theeducation sector in Turkey. It is seen that the majority of the research is conducted with thequantitative research method as the research method. It was determined that quantitativemethods were used intensively in particular, while qualitative and mixed methods were morelimited. In addition, it was observed that while the focus was on primary and secondary schoolteachers, high school and kindergarten teachers were included in the research less. Thissituation shows that the sample is not a balanced distribution in studies on educational levels.Other important findings of the research are; It has been determined which variablesorganizational silence is examined with in studies in the field of education, what kind ofcorrelation there is with these variables, what the content of qualitative studies is like and whichkeywords are prominent CR - Alparslan, E., & Kayalar, H.
