The pathogenesis of lung underdevelopment is unclear. It is associated with the absence of the lung parenchyma, bronchial tree, and pulmonary vasculature. Cardiovascular, genitourinary, and musculoskeletal abnormalities may be present. To the best of our knowledge, musculoskeletal anomalies have rarely been described in the case reports published in the literature, which makes our case distinctive in this regard. Recognition of such coexistence in radiological assessments may contribute to the identification of underlying syndromic conditions. Radiology plays an important role in determining the diagnosis and treatment method. Here, we present a 22year old male patient with pulmonary agenesis and multiple bone anomalies detected on chest radiography performed as part of routine health screening.}, number={4}, publisher={İstanbul Üniversitesi}
