Kalça rotasyon açıları, yüksek okuma hassasiyetine sahip dijital gonyometre kullanılarak ölçülmüş; bilateral internal ve eksternal rotasyon açıları 45°’nin altında olan futbolcular çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Dönüş süreleri, SpeedCourt sistemi ile değerlendirilmiştir.Bulgular: Analizler sonucunda, dominant taraftan non-dominant tarafa dönüş süresi (0.398 ± 0.083), non-dominant taraftan dominant tarafa dönüş süresinden (0.380 ± 0.093) daha fazladır ve bu fark istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur (p KW - Kalça Eklemi KW - Hareket Aralığı KW - Atletik Performans KW - Rehabilitasyon N2 - Aim: This study compared the rotation times from the dominant side to the non-dominant side and from the non-dominant side to the dominant side in male football players under 20 years of age with bilateral hip internal and external rotation limitations. Method: A total of 46 male football players aged between 15 and 20 participated in the study. Hip rotation angles were measured using a digital goniometer with high reading accuracy; players with bilateral internal and external rotation angles below 45° were included in the study.
