Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılan ebeveynlerin %81.5’i anne, %18.5’i babaydı. Hemşireler, ebeveynleri sharenting’in riski ve sonuçları konusunda bilgilendirmede önemli rol oynayabilir.oynayabilir. Material and Method: Conducted between December 2024 and March 2025, the descriptive and correlational research included 189 parents (154 mothers, 35 fathers) in Türkiye with children aged 4 to 12. Data were collected online via Google Forms using the Socio-Demographic Characteristics Questionnaire and the Sharing Parenting Scale (SPS). Categorical variables were analyzed using the chi-square test, while relationships between quantitative variables were evaluated using Pearson correlation analysis. Results: Results showed that 81.5% of participants were mothers, and 96.3% of all parents actively used social media. Over half (56.6%) shared content about their children. Mothers were significantly more likely than fathers to post about their children (p < 0.01), primarily on Instagram and WhatsApp (p < 0.05). The average SPS score was moderate (34.54 ± 10.81). PCRS scores indicated a high level of positive parent-child interaction (42.58 ± 4.37) and a moderate level of negative interaction (13.77 ± 2.94). A weak negative correlation was found between sharenting and positive interactions, while a weak positive correlation existed with negative interactions. Conclusion: In conclusion, sharenting is a prevalent behavior, and increased sharing may negatively affect parent-child relationships. Nurses play a key role in raising awareness about its potential risks. CR - Akpınar, B. S., Paylan, N., Etlik, Ş., Erus, B., Karakoç, H.
