AB  - Giriş: Dijital teknolojiler, sağlık bilimleri alanında giderek daha fazla önem kazanmaktadır. Özellikle yaşlı bireylerin sağlık hizmetlerine erişimini ve bakım süreçlerini desteklemede teknolojinin sunduğu olanaklar, hemşirelik uygulamalarının etkinliğini artırmaktadır. Türkiye’de bu alanda yapılan lisansüstü tezlerin incelenmesi, mevcut durumu değerlendirmek ve gelecekteki araştırmalara yön vermek açısından önem taşımaktadır. Bu çalışma, Türkiye'de yaşlı bireylerde teknoloji temelli hemşirelik müdahalelerinin etkisini incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır.Yöntem: Türkiye'de yaşlı bireylere yönelik teknoloji temelli hemşirelik müdahalelerini ele alan lisansüstü tezler, Yükseköğretim Kurulu (YÖK) Ulusal Tez Merkezi veri tabanında yıl sınırlaması olmaksızın taranmıştır. Taramada “yaşlı” ve “teknoloji” anahtar kelimeleri ve kombinasyonları kullanılmış, konu alanı olarak “hemşirelik” seçilmiştir. Dahil edilme kriterlerini karşılayan 9 lisansüstü tez analiz edilmiştir.Bulgular: Tezlerin %88,9’unun doktora, %11,1’inin yüksek lisans düzeyinde olduğu, tamamının randomize kontrollü tasarıma sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir. E-Sağlık kapsamında değerlendirilen çeşitli dijital girişimlerin; tele-hemşirelik yoluyla fonksiyonel bağımsızlığı desteklediği, web tabanlı eğitimlerin sağlık okuryazarlığını artırdığı, sanal gerçeklik uygulamalarının yaşam doyumu ve psikolojik iyi oluşa olumlu katkılar sağladığı, genel olarak sağlıklı yaşam davranışlarını teşvik ettiği, giyilebilir teknolojilerin ise ilaç yönetimi ve kronik hastalık takibini kolaylaştırdığı saptanmıştır.Sonuç: Bu sistematik derleme, teknoloji destekli hemşirelik uygulamalarının yaşlı bireylerin sağlık yönetimini iyileştirme ve bakım kalitesini artırmada yüksek potansiyele sahip olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Dijital sağlık uygulamalarının yaygınlaştırılması, teknolojinin hemşirelik eğitimine entegrasyonunun güçlendirilmesi ve yaşlıların sağlık hizmetlerine erişimini kolaylaştıracak yenilikçi yaklaşımların geliştirilmesi önerilmektedir. Gelecek araştırmalarda, bu müdahalelerin uzun vadeli etkilerinin ve geniş yaşlı popülasyonlarında uygulanabilirliğinin değerlendirilmesine ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır.

N2  - Introduction: Digital technologies are gaining increasing importance in the field of health sciences. Especially in supporting elderly individuals’ access to healthcare services and care processes, the opportunities provided by technology enhance the effectiveness of nursing practices. Reviewing postgraduate theses conducted in this field in Turkey is important for evaluating the current situation and guiding future research. This study aims to examine the impact of technology-based nursing interventions on elderly individuals in Turkey.  Methods: Graduate theses addressing technology-based nursing interventions for elderly individuals in Turkey were systematically searched in the National Thesis Center database of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), without any time limitations. Nine graduate theses that met the inclusion criteria were included in the analysis. Results: It was found that 88.9% of the theses were doctoral dissertations and 11.1% were master's theses, with all employing randomized controlled designs. It has been determined that various digital initiatives within the scope of e-Health support functional independence through tele-nursing, web-based education programs enhanced health literacy, virtual reality applications contributed positively to life satisfaction and psychological well-being, generally promote healthy lifestyle behaviors, and wearable health technologies facilitated medication management and chronic disease monitoring.Conclusion: This systematic review demonstrates that technology-supported nursing practices have significant potential to improve health management and the quality of care for elderly individuals. It is recommended to expand the use of digital health applications, strengthen the integration of technology into nursing education, and develop innovative approaches to enhance access to healthcare for older adults. Future research should focus on evaluating the long-term effects of these interventions and assessing their applicability across larger elderly populations.
