The scale, which consists of eight items and a single factor, was tested with CFA in the health and service sectors and confirmed with CFA in the electronics and telecommunications sector. The scale showed strong psychometric properties and high internal consistency. The results indicate that this scale is a practical tool for identifying employee turnover tendencies in different sectors and in changing organizational environments. The scale items are presented in both English and Turkish at the end of the study.}, number={1}, publisher={Ömer TURUNÇ}
