AB  - This study evaluates the harmony of urban furniture with urban identity in the Diyarbakır Sur district regarding aesthetics, functionality, and historical integrity. Melikahmet Street, Gazi Street, and Alipaşa Neighborhood were selected as the research area. Lighting elements, fountains, information boards, pavements, seating elements, plant crates, and waste bins were analysed using the observational method. The evaluation criteria were size-proportion balance, color-environment material harmony, originality, functionality, maintenance, perceptibility, historical significance, and naturalness. The findings show that the functionality of urban furniture is sufficient, but there are deficiencies in aesthetic harmony and integration with the historical texture. In particular, it was determined that the modern design approach is incompatible with the historical texture, and maintenance deficiencies negatively affect the aesthetic perception. As a result, it is recommended that urban furniture be renewed with original designs that support the historical identity, sustainability should be increased by using natural materials, and regular maintenance should be carried out. In addition, it is emphasized that the functionality of urban spaces should be increased with ergonomic and disability-friendly designs.

N2  - Bu çalışma, Diyarbakır Sur ilçesindeki kent mobilyalarının kentsel kimlik ile uyumunu estetik, işlevsellik ve tarihî bütünlük açısından değerlendirmektedir. Araştırma alanı olarak Melikahmet Caddesi, Gazi Caddesi ve Alipaşa Mahallesi seçilmiştir. Gözlemsel analiz yöntemi ile aydınlatma elemanları, çeşmeler, bilgi panoları, zemin kaplamaları, oturma elemanları, bitki kasaları ve çöp kutuları incelenmiştir. Değerlendirme kriterleri; ölçü-oran dengesi, renk-çevre malzeme uyumu, özgün olma, işlevsellik, bakım, algılanabilirlik, tarihî önem ve doğallık olarak belirlenmiştir. Bulgular, kent mobilyalarının işlevselliğinin yeterli olduğunu ancak estetik uyum ve tarihî dokuyla bütünleşme konusunda eksiklikler taşıdığını göstermektedir. Özellikle modern tasarım anlayışının tarihî dokuya uyumsuz olduğu ve bakım eksikliklerinin estetik algıyı olumsuz etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, kent mobilyalarının tarihî kimliği destekleyen özgün tasarımlarla yenilenmesi, doğal malzemeler kullanılarak sürdürülebilirliğin artırılması ve düzenli bakım yapılması önerilmektedir. Ayrıca, ergonomik ve engelli dostu tasarımlarla kentsel mekânların işlevselliğinin artırılması vurgulanmaktadır.
