Küreselleşen iş dünyasında, liderlerin farklı kültürel ortamlarda etkili iletişim kurma, uyum sağlama ve yönetme becerileri giderek daha kritik hale gelmektedir. Kültürel zekâ, bireylerin farklı kültürlere uyum sağlama ve karar alma süreçlerini anlamak için önemli bir kavramsal çerçeve sunmaktadır. Çalışmada, Web of Science veri tabanından elde edilen veriler bibliyometrik analiz yöntemiyle RStudio programında bibliometrix paketleri kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular, kültürel zekânın küresel liderlikte önemli bir rol oynadığını ve çok kültürlü ortamlarda liderlerin etkinliğini artırdığını göstermektedir. Kültürel zekâ, liderlerin farklı kültürel bağlamlarda etkili iletişim kurma, uyum sağlama ve liderlik yapma yeteneklerini geliştirmektedir. Analiz sonuçları, kültürel zekâ ve küresel liderlik konularında yapılan araştırmaların son yıllarda arttığını ve bu alandaki çalışmaların giderek daha fazla önem kazandığını ortaya koymaktadır. Sonuç olarak, kültürel zekâ, küresel liderlik bağlamında kritik bir rol oynamakta ve örgütsel başarı için vazgeçilmez bir yetkinlik olarak öne çıkmaktadır. In the contemporary global business environment, the capacity of leaders to communicate, adapt, and manage effectively in diverse cultural contexts has become a critical competency. Cultural intelligence provides an important conceptual framework for understanding individuals' adaptation to different cultures and decision-making processes. In the present study, the data obtained from the Web of Science database were evaluated by means of bibliometric analysis, a method that employs the RStudio program's Bibliometrix packages. The findings indicate that cultural intelligence is a significant factor in global leadership, enhancing the effectiveness of leaders in multicultural contexts. The concept of cultural intelligence has been demonstrated to enhance leaders' capacity to communicate, adapt, and lead effectively in diverse cultural contexts. The results of the analyses reveal that research on cultural intelligence and global leadership has increased in recent years and that studies in this field have become increasingly important.
