The research group consisted of 69 female and 148 male. In the research, the job finding anxiety scale of sport sciences students and the career planning scale of students studying in sport sciences were used. In the research findings, while significant differences were found in the factors of gender, age and licensed athlete, no statistically significant difference was found in the factor of the department of study. In addition, it was determined that there was a low level negative relationship between anxiety about finding a job and professional awareness sub-dimension. As a result, anxiety is an emotional state that can occur in all areas of life and can deeply affect people. Especially the fact that women are more fragile will affect them even more negatively in business life. For this reason, it is very important for people to have skills such as problem solving skills and psychological resilience while climbing the career ladder.
