Araştırma, Ocak 2025-Mart 2025 tarihleri arasında özel diyetisyen kliniklerine başvuran Roma-IV tanı kriterlerine göre irritabl bağırsak sendromu tanısı almış 132 kişi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma verileri, Sosyodemografik Veri Formu, İrritabl Barsak Sendromu Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği (İBS-YKÖ), Kısa Semptom Envanteri (KSE), Çocukluk Çağı Travmaları Ölçeği (ÇÇTÖ) kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Araştırma verilerinin değerlendirilmesinde SPSS (23.0) programı kullanılmıştır. İrritabl Bağırsak Sendromu (İBS) tanısı almış bireylerin yaş, cinsiyet, eğitim düzeyi, medeni durum ve çalışma durumuna göre psikolojik belirtiler, çocukluk çağı travmaları ve yaşam kalitesi düzeyleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılıklar saptanmıştır (p KW - İrritabl Bağırsak Sendromu KW - Çocukluk Çağı Travmaları KW - Psikolojik Belirtiler KW - Yaşam Kalitesi. N2 - This study was conducted to examine the relationship between psychological symptoms, childhood traumas, and quality of life in individuals diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), and to understand how these factors influence one another. The research was carried out with 132 individuals diagnosed with IBS based on the Rome IV diagnostic criteria who applied to private dietitian clinics between January and March 2025. Data were collected using the Sociodemographic Data Form, the Irritable Bowel Syndrome Quality of Life Scale (IBS-QOL), the Brief Symptom Inventory (BSI), and the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ).
