This study examines the decisive role of the technology–trade relationship in the global innovation race through the cases of the United States (US), the United Kingdom (UK), and China. A comparative assessment is conducted based on key indicators such as science, technology, and innovation policies, high-tech exports, and international applications for patents, trademarks, and industrial designs. Furthermore, the technology-driven trade conflict between the US and China is analyzed in light of recent data. The aim of the study is to reveal the interaction between innovation capacity and trade performance in these countries and to explain how they are positioned in technology-oriented global competition. The findings indicate that the capacity to produce and disseminate technology has become a key factor not only for economic development but also for achieving strategic superiority.
