To determine the prevalence of intestinal helminth infections, this study examined fecal samples from 400 stray cats in Istanbul, Türkiye. Parasitological analysis revealed 165 infected cats; 145 harbored a single species, while 20 had dual infections. Prevalence rates observed were: Toxocara cati (37.5%), Toxascaris leonina (6.5%), Joyeuxiella pasqualei (1.25%), Ancylostoma tubaeforme (0.75%), and Dipylidium caninum (0.2%).
