Lipid accumulation was evaluated using Oil Red O staining, while adiponectin levels were measured via ELISA at 6, 12, and 24 hours. Cell viability was assessed using the MTT assay. Topiramate promoted significant lipid accumulation without cytotoxicity at concentrations up to 100 µM, with the 50 µM dose showing the highest lipid deposition.
