Fifteen specimens from each material group were immersed in three different solutions (coffee, tea, distilled water) for 14 days. Initial and final L*, a*, and b* color values were measured using a spectrophotometer, and color change was calculated using the ΔE formula. Normality of the data was assessed with the Shapiro-Wilk test, and two-way analysis of variance was applied. Within-group differences were evaluated using the Friedman test, and between-group differences using the Kruskal-Wallis test. A significance level of p<0.05 was adopted for all statistical analyses. Results: Material type, solution type, and their interaction had a statistically significant effect on color change values (p<0.001). The greatest color change was observed in the 3D-printed resin immersed in coffee, while the lowest was found in the same material immersed in distilled water. Conclusion: The color stability of temporary restorative materials varies depending on both the chemical composition of the material and the solution it is exposed to. Particularly in esthetic zone restorations, the tendency of 3D-printed resins to exhibit greater discoloration should be considered when selecting a suitable material. CR - 1.
