Sporculara önce antropometrik ölçümler ve taekwondoya özgü ısınma protokolü uygulanmıştır. Daha sonra, 2024-2025 Türkiye Şampiyonası verilerine dayanarak hazırlanan 3 rauntluk müsabaka simülasyonu gerçekleştirilmiştir. Üç raunt ve 7 dakikalık toparlanma süresince Algılanan Zorluk Düzeyi (AZD) ölçümleri alınmıştır.
