The elements of this divine guidance, which is an example to the society, that inspire human-oriented management approaches will be revealed and its potential contributions to contemporary management models will be comprehensively evaluated. A qualitative research approach is adopted as the method and literature review is used as the main data collection tool. In conclusion, the tawhid struggle of the prophets can be considered as a historical and ideal example of human resources management in terms of including many basic management principles such as love, persuasion, patience, analytical thinking, innovation, sustainability, strategic planning, competence and merit. These principles have universal values not only in a religious context but also in terms of modern management approaches; they form the basis of a human-oriented, justice-based and merit-based management approach.}, number={2}, publisher={Düzce Üniversitesi}
