AB  - Bu araştırma, girişimcilik eğilimleri ile kariyer farkındalığı arasındaki ilişkide öz-yeterliliğin aracı rolünü ve aile özelliklerinin düzenleyici rolünü incelemiştir. Çalışma, Türkiye'de 287 öğrenciden oluşan bir örneklem üzerinden gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları, girişimcilik eğilimlerinin öğrencilerin kariyer farkındalığını etkilediğini ortaya koymuştur. Ayrıca, öz-yeterliliğin, girişimcilik eğilimleri ile kariyer farkındalığı arasındaki ilişkide aracı bir etkisi olduğu belirlenmiştir. Son olarak, aile özelliklerinin, girişimcilik eğilimleri ile kariyer farkındalığı arasındaki ilişkiyi düzenlediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

N2  - This study investigated the mediating role of self-efficacy in the relationship between entrepreneurial tendencies and career awareness using moderating role of family characteristics. The study was based on a sample of 287 students in Turkey. The study results showed that entrepreneurial tendencies influence the career awareness of students. In addition, self-efficacy has a mediating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial tendencies and career awareness. Finally, it is concluded that family characteristics moderates the relationship between entrepreneurial tendencies and career awareness.
