Çalışmaya çevrim içi kolayına örnekleme yöntemiyle 18-65 yaş arası 224 erkek ve 603 kadın olmak üzere 827 birey katılmıştır. Katılımcıların seçici yeme davranışları Yetişkin Seçici Yeme Anketi (YSYA), diğer yeme davranışları Üç Faktörlü Yeme Ölçeği (TFEQ-Tr21), Akdeniz diyetine uyumları ise 14 maddelik Akdeniz Diyeti Uyum Ölçeği (MEDAS) ile değerlendirilmiştir. Veriler, tanımlayıcı istatistikler, gruplar arası karşılaştırma, korelasyon testleri ve çoklu doğrusal regresyon analizi ile değerlendirilmiştir. TFEQ-Tr21 bilişsel kısıtlama alt boyut puanının MEDAS puanı ile pozitif ilişkili (r = 0,234; p < 0,001) ve Akdeniz diyetine uyum üzerinde etkili (β = 0,226; p < 0.001) olduğu belirlenmiştir. TFEQ-Tr21 kontrolsüz yeme alt boyut puanı ise MEDAS puanı ile negatif yönde (r = -0,147; p KW - Akdeniz diyeti KW - Seçici yeme davranışı KW - Duygusal yeme davranışı KW - Kontrolsüz yeme davranışı KW - Bilişsel kısıtlama N2 - This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between picky eating behavior and other eating behaviors, such as uncontrolled eating, cognitive restriction, and emotional eating, as well as adherence to the Mediterranean diet in adults. A total of 827 individuals, 224 males and 603 females between the ages of 18-65, participated in the study using the online convenience sampling method. Participants' picky eating behaviors were assessed with the Adult Picky Eating Questionnaire (APEQ), other eating behaviors with the Three-Factor Eating Questionnaire (TFEQ-Tr21), and adherence with the Mediterranean diet with the 14-item Mediterranean Diet Adherence Scale (MEDAS). Data were evaluated using descriptive statistics, intergroup comparisons, correlation tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. It was determined that the TFEQ-Tr21 cognitive restriction subscale score was positively correlated with the MEDAS score (r = 0.234; p < 0.001) and effective on adherence with the Mediterranean diet (β = 0.226; p < 0.001). The TFEQ-Tr21 uncontrolled eating subscale score was negatively correlated with the MEDAS score (r = -0.147; p CR - 1. Karakuş SŞ, Yıldırım H, Büyüköztürk Ş.
