Regarding the study group and data collection tools of the research, in the first stage, 110 students were administered the digital literacy scale, 5 trainers were interviewed through semi-structured interviews, and in the second stage, 54 foreign students were surveyed. Findings and Results: While foreign students stated that they had digital literacy tendencies, educators stated that students had deficiencies, mistakes and errors. In the questionnaire applied to the students again, findings were found in the direction stated by the educators. As a result, it is thought that students are at an intermediate level regarding digital literacy and that a curriculum is needed in this direction to ensure their development. KW - Digital literacy KW - TOMER KW - Curriculum Development N2 - Çalışmanın amacı: Türkçe eğitimi alan yabancı uyruklu öğrencilerin dijital okuryazarlık beceri düzeylerini ve eğitim ihtiyaçlarını ortaya çıkarmaktır. Materyal ve Yöntem: Nicel ve nitel araştırma yöntemlerinin birlikte kullanıldığı karma desen kullanılarak öğrencilerin dijital okuryazarlık becerileri incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu ve veri toplama araçlarıyla ilgili olarak ilk aşamada 110 öğrenciye dijital okuryazarlık ölçeği, 5 eğiticiye yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme ve ikinci aşamada ise 54 yabancı uyruklu öğrenciye anket uygulanmıştır. Bulgular ve Sonuçlar: Yabancı uyruklu öğrenciler dijital okuryazarlık eğilimlerinin olduğunu belirtirken eğitimciler ise öğrencilerin eksiklerinin, yanlışlarının ve hatalarının olduğu yönde görüş belirtmişlerdir. Tekrar öğrencilere yapılan ankette eğitimcilerin belirttiği yönde bulgulara ulaşılmıştır. Sonuç olarak öğrencilerin dijital okuryazarlıkla ilgili orta düzeyde oldukları ve gelişimlerinin sağlanması için bu yönde bir öğretim programına ihtiyacın olduğu düşünülmektedir.
