Materials and Methods: In this context, 6206 patient records were analyzed. Statistically, it was found statistically significant that 2021 and 2022 were lower than 2023 and 2024. No significant relationship was found between clinic type and hospitalization status. Results: There was a positive and very weak significant relationship between total collections and age, a positive and weak significant relationship between total collections and days of hospitalization, and no significant difference according to gender. It is significant that the total collection amount of those who had surgery was higher than those who did not have surgery. Conclusion: In conclusion, in our study, there was a statistically significant relationship between the fees collected from tourists and age, surgery status, length of hospitalization and year. No relationship was found between the nationality and gender of tourists and the total fees collected.
