The research population consisted of the staff at an oral and dental health centre in Yozgat City in Türkiye. The study sample was tried to reach all healthcare professionals who voluntarily accepted to participate in the research using the convenience sampling method. The study was conducted with 152 healthcare professionals who agreed to participate. The questionnaire used in the study consists of three parts. The first part includes statements regarding the participants’ socio-demographics, working characteristics and health status. The second part includes the "Team Effectiveness Scale", and the third includes the "Competitive Values Approach Based Organizational Culture Typology”. As a result of the analysis, it was revealed that the rate of participants who stated that their general health and mental health were in poor condition (8.6% and 15.1%, respectively) was relatively low. Therefore, hospital healthcare workers can be considered good in terms of both mental and general health levels. On the other hand, team effectiveness and organizational culture perceptions were high in this study. Moreover, it was found that clan culture and hierarchy culture, which are sub-dimensions of organizational culture, significantly predict team effectiveness.}, number={1}, publisher={Şebnem ASLAN}
