Yapılan analizde, son on yılda yayımlanan 85 akademik makale değerlendirilmiştir. KW - Yeşil Tedarik Zinciri (YTZ) KW - Sürdürülebilir Lojistik KW - Çevresel Yönetim KW - Operasyonel Verimlilik N2 - This study provides a systematic literature review and bibliometric analysis of the contributions of green supply chain management (GSCM) and sustainable logistics practices to business performance. The analysis evaluated 85 academic articles published over the last decade. The findings indicate that these strategies not only promote environmental sustainability but also provide tangible economic benefits to businesses. According to the analysis results: Electric vehicles and energy efficiency measures reduce the carbon footprint by 30% to 45%. Supply chain optimization and waste management practices increase operational efficiency by up to 25%. Green practices provide a medium-term cost advantage of 15% to 20% to businesses. This work fills a conceptual gap in the GSCM literature by presenting significant evidence to businesses on the environmental and economic benefits of green practices. In conclusion, green supply chain and logistics applications should be considered not just an environmental imperative but also a strategic investment tool that provides a competitive advantage and financial returns.
