AB  - Günümüzün değişen üretim teknikleri ve bilgi iletişim teknolojilerindeki gelişmelere bağlı olarak dijitalleşme ve otomasyonun arttığı çalışma ilişkileri içerisinde sendikal örgütlenme ve mücadele her geçen gün zorlaşmaktadır. Sendikal örgütlenmede yaşanan zorluklar sadece bir ekonomik örgüt olmanın ötesinde toplumu etkileme gücü olan sendikaların her geçen gün daha işlevsiz hale gelmesine neden olmaktadır. Bu kapsamda çalışmanın amacı, sendikal örgütlenmenin toplumu etkileme rolünün Gramscı ve Castells’in Hegemonya Kavramı ve Ağ Kuramı Kapsamında değerlendirilerek gelecek için sendikal mücadeleye katkı sağlamaktır.  Araştırma, dijital çağda sendikal etkinliğin sürdürülebilirliği için örgütsel yenilik, dijital görünürlük, yeni nesil anlatı üretimi ve çok aktörlü ittifaklar geliştirilmesi gerektiğini ortaya koymaktadır. Sonuç olarak, gelecekte toplumsal gelişmeyi etkileme kapasitesine sahip sendikal yapılar, yalnızca geçmişin temsilcisi değil aynı zamanda dijital çağın anlam üreticisi olabilen kurucu aktörler olmak zorundadırlar.

N2  - In today changing production techniques and developments in information and communication technologies, labor relations are increasingly challenging due to increasing digitalization and automation. The challenges faced in union organizing are causing unions, which have the power to influence society beyond being merely economic organizations, to become increasingly dysfunctional.In this context, the aim of this study is to contribute to the future of union struggle by evaluating the role of union organization in influencing society within the context of Gramsci and Castells's Concept of Hegemony and Network Theory. The research demonstrates that organizational innovation, digital visibility, the production of new generation narratives, and the development of multi-actor alliances are necessary for the sustainability of union activity in the digital age. Consequently, union structures with the capacity to influence social development in the future must not only be representatives of the past but also constitutive actors capable of generating meaning in the digital age.
