AB  - Safra taşı ileusu, safra taşının nadir ve alışılmadık bir komplikasyonudur.  Yetmiş yaşında erkek hasta kliniğimize karın ağrısı, şişkinlik  ve kusma şikayetleriyle başvurdu. Anemnez ve tetkiklerinde safra  taşı ileusu tespit edilen hastaya enterolitotomi yapıldı. Bu sunumda,  girişimimiz ile literatürdeki uygun cerrahi işlemler ile ilgili bilgi verildi.

N2  - Gallstone ileus is a rare and peculiar complication of biliary stone.  A 70-year-old male patient admitted to our clinic with abdominal  pain, distension and vomiting. Gallstone ileus was diagnosed based  on the history and laboratory analysis, and enterolithotomy was applied.  In this report, our approach and appropriate surgical procedures  in the literature are discussed.
