AB  - Mide divertikülleri nadir görülür ve çoğunluğu kardiyanın yakınında  yerleşir. Genellikle doğumsal ve asemptomatikdirler. Endoskopi veya  radyografik inceleme sırasında rastlantısal olarak bulunurlar. Prepilorik  divertiküller oldukça nadirdir ve genellikle edinseldir. Prepilorik bölgede  yerleşmiş, endoskopide tanı konulmakta zorlanan doğumsal bir mide  divertikülü olgusunu sunuyoruz.

N2  - Gastric diverticula are very rare and most are located near the cardia.  They are generally congenital, asymptomatic and incidentally diagnosed  at endoscopy or radiographic examination. Prepyloric diverticula are  very rare and usually acquired. We present herein a patient with congenital  prepyloric diverticulum causing a diagnostic problem at endoscopy.
