AB  - Gastrointestinal sistem tümörleri arasında ince barsak tümörlerine seyrek  rastlanır. Duodenum tümörlerinden ampulla çevresi yerleşimliler daha  yüksek, bulbus yerleşimli olanlar da oldukça düşük bir insidense sahiptir.  Gerek bulbus ve gerekse 2. kısım yerleşimli tümörlerde, endoskopik  tedavi yöntemleri giderek önem kazanmaktadır. Bu tedavi yöntemlerinden  en sık uygulananlar snare polipektomi ve saline ile endoskopik mukozal  rezeksiyondur. Bu yazımızda kliniğimizde rastladığımız bulbus  yerleşimli büyük bir adenomanın endoskopik tedavisini bildiriyoruz.

N2  - Small bowel tumors are seldom defined among gastrointestinal tumors.  Duodenal tumors which are located around the ampulla have a higher incidence  than those located in the bulb. Endoscopic thereapeutic measures  have gained importance in the management of bulb and second portion  tumors. Snare polypectomy and endoscopic mucosal resection are  the methods of choice. In this article we are reporting a case with a large  adenoma in the bulb which was successfully treated by endoscopic  therapy.
