TY - JOUR T1 - Hasat Sonu Ethrel (2-Chloroethylphosphonic Acid) Uygulamasının Elma Meyveleri Üzerine Etkileri TT - Effects of Postharvest Treatment with Ethrel on Apples AU - Karaçalı, İsmail PY - 1974 DA - December Y2 - 1974 JF - Bahçe PB - Atatürk Bahçe Kültürleri Merkez Araştırma Enstitüsü WT - DergiPark SN - 1300-8943 SP - 19 EP - 39 VL - 7 IS - 1-2 LA - tr AB - Cox Orange Kenet ve Golden Delicious elma çeşitlerinin hasat edilmiş meyveleri, hasat sonrası ve depolamadan sonra olmak üzere iki devrede, farklı aktif madde dozlarındaki Ethrel (Amchem 68-250, %48 aktif madde) çözeltilerine batırılarak, farklı sürelerde çözelti içinde tutuldular. Sonra 20°C ve yüksek nisbi nemli odalarda 15 gün tutulan meyvelerde üç defa zemin rengi, meyve kabuğundaki klorofil a, b ve karotinoid miktarları, meyve eti sertliği; meyve suyunda, suda eriyen kuru maddeler ve asit miktarları ile pH değeri tespit edildi. Hasat sonu uygulamaları Ethrelin olgunluğu ilerletmede etkisi bakımından daha uygun bulundular. Çözelti içinde kalma süresi incelenen meyve özelliklerinde fark göstermezlerken, aktif madde üzerinden hesaplanan dozlardan 1000 ve 500 ppm en etkili görülmüşlerdir. KW - Hasat Sonu KW - Ethrel KW - Elma N2 - Fruits of the two apple varieties Cox Orange Renetti and Golden Delicious were treated on two different dates (after harvest and after storage) with different concentrations of ethrel solution (Amchem 68-250, 48% active ingredient) by dipping varying periods. After the treatments the fruits were kept for 15 days in chambers with hing RH at 20°C. During the ripening period the following determinations at three different dates were made: ground color, red color, Chloropyll a, b and carotinoid content of the peel, firmness of the fruit, soluble solids, titratable acids content and pH values. An accelerated ripening is especially noticeable for the post-harvest treatment with ethrel as compared to the ethrel treatment after storage. The duration of the treatment seems to have no effect on ripening, whereas the ethrel concentrations, particularly of 1000 and 500 ppm active ingredient hasten the ripening.
