AB  - Giriş ve amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, psikiyatri polikliniğine müracaat  eden ardışık 88 hastada irritabl barsak sendromu sıklığını araştırmak ve  kontrol grubu ile karşılaştırmaktır. Gereç ve yöntem: Psikiyatrik hastalarda  tanısal değerlendirme DSM-IV kriterlerine göre yapıldı. İrritabl  barsak sendromu tanısı ise hem hasta hem de kontrol grubunda (106  kişi) ROMA-2 kriterlerine göre konuldu. N2  - Background and aims: The aim of the study was to investigate the incidence  of irritable bowel syndrome in 88 patients sequentially admitted  to the psychiatry clinic and to compare them with a control group.
