AB  - Bu çalışmada Alata Bahçe Kültürleri Araştırma Enstitüsünde yetiştirilen aşılı ve aşısız Crimson Tide ve Paskal karpuz çeşitleri antioksidan aktivite, toplam fenol, toplam karotenoid, p-karoten, likopen, fruktoz, glikoz, sakaroz, askorbik asit, pektinmetilesteraz, kitinaz, meyve eti rengi (L*, C*, Hue°\SÇKM, toplam asitlik, meyve uzunluğu, meyve çağı, meyve sap uzunluğu, meyve sapı kalınlığı kabuk kalınlığı, meyvedeki tohum sayısı ve tohum ağırlığı bakımından incelenmiştir. TZ148 üzerine aşılı Crimson Tide karpuz çeşidi antioksidan aktivite, toplam fenol ve SÇKM açısından en yüksek değerleri alırken, toplam karotenoid, p-karoten, likopen, toplam asitlik bakımından en düşük değerleri almıştır. Aşılı ve aşısız Paskal çeşidi antioksidan aktivite, toplam karotenoid, p-karoten, likopen, fruktoz, SÇKM, toplam asitlik ve kabuk kalınlığı açısından en yüksek değerleri almıştır.

N2  - In this study, grafted and ungrafted Crimson Tide and Paskal watermelon cultivars were grown in Alata Horticultural Research Institute to determine fruit antioxidant activity, total phenolic compounds, total carotenoid, P-caroten, lycopene, fructose, glucose, sucrose, ascorbic acid, pectinmetilesteras, citinaz, fruit flesh color (L*, C*, Hue°), soluble solids, titratable acidity, length of fruit, diameter of fruit, length of peduncle, thickness of peduncle, thickness of outer layer of pericarp, number of seed, weight of seed. The highest antioxidant activity, total phenolic compounds, soluble solids and the lowest total carotenoid, P-caroten, lycopene, titratable acidity were in Crimson Tide grafted on TZ148. The highest antioxidant activity, total carotenoid, P-caroten, lycopene, fructose, soluble solids, titratable acidity, thickness of outer layer of pericarp were grafted and ungrafted on Paskal watermelon varieties.
