The 21st century is identified as the age of global migration, marked by increasing mobility, the feminization of migration, and connections to transnational crime such as human trafficking. Existing governance frameworks are frequently criticized for their Western-centric orientation, prioritizing the interests of destination countries while neglecting those of origin and transit states. As migration flows expand, migrantophobia has emerged as a psychological and social reaction driven by fears of cultural change, economic competition, and insecurity. Addressing these challenges requires the adoption of an inclusive and humanist governance model that upholds justice, equality, and human dignity in managing migration.}, number={5}, publisher={Hakan YILMAZ}
