AB  - İmplante edilmiş kalp pili (KP) sisteminde fungal enfeksiyonlar çok nadir görülen ve ölümcül olan bir komplikasyondur. Tanı konulduğunda cihaz tamamen çıkarılmalı, uzun süreli antifungal tedavi başlanmalıdır. Burada 52 yaşında Aspergillus fumigatus’a bağlı KP infeksiyonu gelişen hastayı sunacağız
