N2  - In today's world, the opportunities offered by the expansion of distance education master's degree programs through distance education is given out.Quotas faced a shortage of graduate education in formal education, distance learning opportunity presented itself to people who want to improve. Especially employees unable to continue working and able to travel for reasons such as formal education, students have turned to distance education. As a result of this orientation is opened a new graduate programs distance learning universities in distance education programs or presently added the new programs. The main purpose of the study, university students to compare their different nature and teachings satisfaction, by students to investigate the effect of these different training systems. In this context, the scope of distance education programs at Ahmet Yesevi University, Master's Degree in Business Administration and Health Care Management, and Business Administration program at Mersin University distance education with formal education and formal education division of Health Care Management students of other universities(Gazi University and Atılım University) have been selected as the mass of the sample.
