This study aims to examine sustainability practices within the sports ecosystem through a holistic framework built on three core dimensions: energy efficiency and facility operations, sustainable supply chain management, and stakeholder participation and governance. Designed with a narrative and integrative approach, the study searched Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar for English-language studies published between 2005 and 2024 that directly address sustainability practices in the sport context; the resulting sources were synthesized through thematic analysis. Findings show that energy-efficiency practices vary across sport organizations depending on scale; sustainable supply chain management remains limited because suppliers are not sufficiently included in decision-making; and stakeholder engagement plays a central role in the institutionalization of sustainability strategies. The study points to the need for sport sustainability to be addressed through integrated strategies rather than fragmented practices, and offers a conceptual reference point for future empirical research.
