AB  - Traumatic dislocations of the shoulder joint in infancy are rare, and they are usually associated with obstetrical paralysis. The only case of luxatio erecta in infancy reported was also associated with obstetrical paralysis. Here we report two cases of infants with luxatio erecta, as a complication of conservatİve treatment for Erb-Duchenne type obstetrical paralysis. Open reduction resulted in a stable joint in both infants. The parents and physicians should be alerted to this complication.
N2  - Çocuklarda omuz çıkıkları çok nadir olup, bildirilen olgular genellikle obstetrikal felçli çocuklarda görülen çıkıklardır. Luxatio erecta ise 1 olguda bildirilmiştir. Bu yazıda, obstetrikal paralizinin tedavisi komplikasyonu olarak luxatio erecta oluşan 2 olgu sunulacaktır. Dört ve sekiz aylık bebek olan bu iki olguda açık redüksiyon yapılarak stabil bir omuz eklemi isağlanmıştır.
