AB  - Our study, in Ortopaedics and Traumatology Clinic of the Faculty of Medicine of Cumhuriyet University between April 1986-May 1990 includes the evaluation of 82 hospitalized patients who had pelvic fractures treated surgically and conservatively. Mean age of the patients was 32. 6 and 63 (76.9%) were male, 19 (23. 1%) were female and mean follow up was 29 months. Pelvic fractures were evaluated according to Key and Conwell classification in 3 types. Majeed's functional Slatis and Karaharju's radiological criteria were used in the assesment of the results. In our series anatomically 69.9% and clinically 81.6% satisfactory results were obtained.
N2  - Nisan 1986-Mayıs 1990 döneminde Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Uygulama ve Araştırma Hastanesi Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Klinigi'ne yatırılarak konservatif ve cerrahi yolla tedavi edilen pelvis kırıklı 82 hasta değerlendirildi. Bunlardan 19'u kadın (%23.1), 63'ü erkek (%76.9) idi. Hastaların yaş ortalaması 32.6 olup, hastalar ortalama 29 ay takip edildi. Serimizdeki hastaların pelvis kırıkları, Key ve Conwell sınıflandırmasına göre 3 tipte değerlendirildi. Sonuçların değerlendirilmesi için Majeed'in fonksiyonel, slatis ve Karaharju'nun radyolojik kriterleri esas alındı. Buna göre tüm olgularımızda çok iyi ve iyi anatomik sonuçlar, %69.9, çok iyi ve iyi fonksiyonel sonuçlar ise %81.6 idi.
